where is that City Seven located, how far from the old CBD? Went to Changwon in early 2006 was it built yet?

srry, too late answer.
it's not far from old CBD.
it's around 2~3km from City Hall and 3~4km Province Hall on the map.

and yes, construction had already finished last year.

^ Cute apartments.. But it would be better if some elements of korean traditional architecture are used instead of greco-roman.

^ true too, but it would give more of a "cosmopolitan" look with European style apartments as Seoul apartments look Korean anyway. No where in the world you'll see much Hyperion, tower palace glass tower apartments anyway lol

I love the apartment featured above. What a way to go! I've also seen some pictures of other apartments with hints of HANOK style. It was the perfect embodiment of Korean style and efficiency of modern buildings. I am looking forward to more apartments in this design direction.
