The architect is RB Arkitektur. The buildings will house commercial services, commercial offices and integrate the subway station and the bus station.

I dont really like these kind of buildings being built in the suburbs and far away from the downtown area. They should build these kind of buildings closer to the city in clusters or just one or two in the city core... It's nicer and better to gather highrises/skyscrapers in one or sevral areas so there wont be one highrise/skyscraper here and there looking like shit... good locations to build clusters of taller buildings are lindhagen area, värtan, norra station, kista and potentially hammarby sjöstad... but I stilll would like to see some higher buildings spread a little here and there in the city core where they would fit in. I am not a nimby or anything, i still think it's better to build something than not building anything at all...

Your explanation didn't make any sense whatsoever. I think that Hallunda and Norsborg have all the potential in the world to become urban with a capital u, as always, it all depends on the politicians.
This is an excellent opportunity. In fact, it would be cool if this building would be built since above this point you can actually see KST which lies on the other side of Mälaren.

It would be cool if this could become a last urban outpost right before the Greater Stockholm Area ends and turns into pure nature as seen from the E4 when you travel southwards. No more sprawl. Urban and then contrast, pure nature.

I Agree with Leo here, I think it´s very good and well needed for old suburbs like Hallunda to get a renewal like this with a neat tall building llike this to mark it with.

Agree!

But considering how it looks today it will be an enormous change for the area.

The way it looks today just make me wanna cry!

I met Rahel Belatchew (the architect) a couple of weeks ago. She told me that she is is experimenting and testing different facade materials for this building right now. She is currently thinking of using glass and wood materials. The wood might form different patterns on the facade according to Rahel.

This high rise looks like at least 70m+. But I have my doubts, it probably wont get built. Maybe the surrounding houses will be built but not the tower.

SCANDINAVIAN DEVELOPERS IN MEXICO CITY?

Hello Guys : we do need your help, in SSP, we have a rumor provided by a serious forumer : He said that a scandinavian group may be trying to buy a large & premium location over Paseo de la Reforma (Mexico City most elegant avenue) to build a very important high rise . . . do you have an idea of which groups could have the potential to do something like that in America ?

Please advice.

Saludos desde Mexico!

Excuse me

If i did a mistake or a offensive comment, i am sorry about it, i didn´t found too many options within the nordic & baltic forum to post my question, and as far as i know - suppossedly - it is a nordic company, so it was the only reason to post here . . .

Don't worry. Just ask your question in a separate thread.
Cheers.
