Amazing pictures! The only real problem i can see with Singapore's high-rises is that most of them tend to look quite old. If they were all re-clad in different glass the city would look even more amazing.

I got to agree with you somewhat. A lot of greyish-whitish buildings in the CBD. However recently we've seen the addition of more shiny new glass ones (theyre even re-facading some old ones - see the High St Centre thread in Projects) and when the new downtown is fully underway, that 'old' image should change

Yeah i can't WAIT to see the new downtown take shape! That will be amazing to watch develop.

Singapore is my no. 1 destination to live after i finish university. Hopefully i will be able to do an exchange there next year. By the time i graduate the new downtown should be well underway.
