It is now, just scroll up to CULWULLA's post.

Or I'll see if I can add it again on this page...

Has no one ever heard of regeneration chic? Suburbia is so 20th Century.

What does everyone think about colouring the actual concrete mix with oxide and then you would get a concrete thats already coloured? maybe a dark grey or black purple what ever? has this been done before?
just imagine results with changing oxide tones as bldg rises? lots of ideas?
You have alot of contacts dont you? I suggest you tell them your idea. Would be cheaper right from the source and probably wouldnt ware as much ether.

Walking past Charlotte Towers a few days ago, I noticed that it seems alot 'bulkier' than Festival. So it should make quite a good impact on the skyline.

Good to see we should have another darker looking building in the CBD. They are few and far between.

I don't want to jump in too early like I did with Bris Sq but this is looking good.

Couple more from today.

First one is looking down Charlotte Street at the side of the building. I guess they figure that there will be a redevelopment of the adjacent carpark at some time in the future.

Its looking sexy, they just need to paint the walls black!!

Looking at the window frames and the areas around them, theyre already black, so it might be going that way
