The bridge is in Varna, not before. It links the north and the south part of the city.

Finally. All the pics reappears ... from the 13th page

Some statistics:
5400 km with a romanian car, Dacia Logan 1.5dci - average consumption 4.4 liters / 100km
Cost: 250 Euro, diesel
toll motorways, tunnels(MNE & GR), vignets(MNE & BG), visas(AL & TR) 75 euro
2 x 2 ferries(Corfu & Thassos): 115 euro

Unfortunately, we did 't come to the Mediterranean Sea in the Peloponese (the southern point) and to the eastern point of Balkans in Istanbul.
We crossed nine countries Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey and Bulgaria. We missed only FYR-Macedonia in Balkans
I swam in 5 seas: Adriatic, Ionian, Aegean, Marmara, Black

Only my friend was driving his car, because I had suspended my driver's license at that time.
It was one of the most beautiful of my travels and, please, note that I did it without GPS, with some "ancient" maps

You also missed Slovenia. It is where Balkans geographically start.

This thread started out great and looks its turning out bad.

Perhaps areal you should've opened a new topic about your pics.

May I mention this thread is about roadpics from the Balkans, not about Kosovo or whatever definitions.

At Murigan (Albania),
we paid 10 euros per 2 persons(we didn't receive any bill) , but , the official price is 10 euro per person and 1 euro per person if you come as tourist and you stay more than 2 days

At Ipsala (Turkey)
WE paid 10 euros/person(romanians). I remember there are different prices, for example: 20 euro for english, or free for french

Poles also pay 10euros. Oh, and great pictures everyone! I've always been interested in Balkan roads. I remember driving from Sozopol to Istanbul 3 years ago, God the road was so devastated. I forgot the number, but I think you know which one I'm talking about. Has the state of it changed in any way? Or is it still that way? As far as I know it's pretty important route, isn't it?

I've never seen it in Europe though.

In some quiet parts of the US you can find signs with xxx, pop. 1
