Good tour areal51, when I travel I like to stay in more places when passing so much wealth of all kinds in different places, but hey, it is a road tour alright. Hope you had a good experience.

Mount Olympus is very impressive.

The best way to go to Greece is Fier - Ballsh - Tepelene(the white road) - Girokaster - Kakavija . We didn't know that.

...anyway, Vlore-Sarande is more beautiful like any other road.
We went on the road to the coast due to snupix and I don't regret this. This way will be paved completly in 1-2 years and will be one of the most scenic roads, better like the roads on the coast of Croatia and Muntenegru because it is more wild, less crowded and just passing only 4-5 localities

Some more photos from the section Vlore -Sarande ... i would like to note that the whole saction now has been reconstructed ... i am saying this because of the photos that have been posted be4 and are presenting the road in a bad condition ( which actually it was , but now has been reconstructed

) .. It is the same section that both guys passed and posted the photos in here ( snupix and areal 51 , which btw are doing a great job)

But i do not get it ... from all these pictures you ve choosen to comment on this one ... thats understandaple ... but what about the other segments which have barriers and are in a very good shape ... !

Let me assure you that it is not dangerous at all ... as i ve passed from there and i know ...

Let me assure you that it is not dangerous at all ... as i ve passed from there and i know ...

So we should only praise how everything is beautiful and fine. You´ve got your compliment scenic, beautiful etc. but the road is high in the mountains and looks unsafe.

it is not narrow its width is 11 meters ... ! At least the new segment which is the 70 % of the route from vlora to sarande ... !

Snoopix or areal 51 can confirm that ... !

So we should only praise how everything is beautiful and fine. You´ve got your compliment scenic, beautiful etc. but the road is high in the mountains and looks unsafe.

It's perfect for mountain top infrastructure. What do you expect? Carve the whole mountain and make a motorway?

The only thing they should add is side barriers. That's the only thing missing.

above you ve got a pic which shows how the road is in the 70 % of the roads length ...

the pic you are referring too is from the old road which is about 30 % of the route .... but nevertheless its in a very good condition !

Anywayz enough said by me .... about this ! At least it is a lot better , from what it was ...

The segment from vlora to sarande that has been reconstructed has side barriers ... thats what i am trying to say to these guys ... ! Anywayz

I chose that picture, because it's the most beautiful one IMO. I don't find the other road sections scary.
