Also not a whole lot going on right now. Many projects are in that "boring" phase.

Quite true! I was also thinking for projects like Four Seasons or FCP where the surprise is long past, but now we just wait for that untimely completion.

This should add a lot of vibrancy and street life to a (sometimes) dead stretch of Bay. Even if it's as ordinary as doctors coming out for a smoke.
