In the article it said the footprint of the new tower will be larger so the building itself will more than likely not be as tall.

We will just have to wait. Maybe another company can talk them into building a few extra floors for them to rent out?

OKC is definitely a large city by american standards if you base it off its ~1.5 million metro population. The majority of american cities have much less people than this so statistically speaking, its large. NYC, Chicago, LA are all mega cities.

Well it's the 44th largest metro area in the country, so it's not really that large.

Speaking of size, how large will the parking structure be? I'm assuming it will have sufficient height and space for multitudes of large 4x4 pickups with oversize tires. But will it have room for farm tractors and combines also?
