I think that the structure will be so similar, parts can start... or z0rg just hasnt found the final design on internet yet.

Design 2 looks more original and beautiful. The first one, looking to the taller building specifically, reminds me of Taipei 101 from mid height, and i dont like that detail which makes the tower such a bad copy and far enough from originality...
