This place looks like it was over-done. What is that in the middle? Half of a helipad? It is quite interesting, though. -> 8/10

I like the bizarre façade details, in fact I like most of the skyscraper, but the top part just ruins it all. It looks like some kind of tumor bulging out. 6.0/10

What the hell is that?? I've been hopping around the ROT forum tonight, voting on random supertalls, and almost everything i've seen thus far has been hideous Asian PoMo. WTF?

I'm glad I didn't get to visit Singapore until 2000. That way,
I was able to see Capital Tower in person. This is my favorite high rise in Singapore, by far. I love how all the different exteriors mix together. What an innovative building. Also love the way the top changes color at night. One of the best towers in the world. |

The top is a bit weird, when i saw the first pic i thought the tower wasn't finished ye't
But that is just part of the design.Maybe too bold at the same time... Rest of the design is ok. 7.5/10

it's weird and ugly and doesn't deserve the 6 that i gave it, except for at night time, you might give it about 7.5
But it's only 250 odd mmetres, which is nothing spectacular, and it is ugly as sin in the daylight. looks like it was designed by a 12 year old kid. |

It's bound to look almost finished for ages with that scaffolding-like top....

Best scraper in the Shenton Way district!! The glass is just great and the lighting makes it look really majestic when you view it upclose at night..
