Unprecedented demand for Best Eastern Group’s iconic development reflects demand for world-class project.

Casamia Star Gesamplanung Real Estate, the leading German Developer and Broker, today announced that it has sold 25 per cent of the AED 180 million ‘Tulips Residence’ project within a short span of 15 days.

The project, located at Marmooka City, Ajman, is being developed by top Chinese developer and real estate company Best Eastern Group. The impressive sales of the Tulips Residence project reflect the demand for Best Eastern Group’s iconic development as also the expertise of Casamia Star in project management, sales and property management.

Casamia Star is the exclusive sales and marketing representative of the project. The unprecedented sales at the project, especially during the Summer season, is reflective of the world-class features and value-added services on offer at the development.

In his comments, Mr. Israr Yousaf, Managing Director of Casamia Star, said: “The remarkable sales of the Tulips Residence project echoes the strong demand for quality real estate project in the UAE.
