Yes, you are right. Afterall, there is no indication, in their website, about what is going to happen on this site.

If there are some construction experts in SSC, they can predict the height of the building by seeing the ground work going on the site.

New design?

It's from this realtor's website. They give the name as "The 42"

Even the structural consultants put the name as The 42 - clicky. They put the # of floors at 55 so no need to worry about the name suggesting a scale down.

That is a render of Biswa Banga Shikhar aka World Bengal Tower. Unless they are recyling the design?

Most likely a quick fix by property realtor since the tower design hasn't been released by the group themselves.

The World Bengal Tower is a scrapped project, is'nt it??? Diamond Tower is different.

Ummm.... wasn't this supposed to be a commercial one???

42 - denotes the address. It is 42, J L Nehru Road.
