All stadiums have their topics, so don't paste photographs in here still. It is a topic for technical discussion about the EURO 2012.

This thread is about everything that has to do with Euro 2012, not just technical stuff.

Do you see that the Poles regularly every week to give a lot pictures of the construction of the stadiums? What will most of the projection of the camera. This is mainly about the discussion and not to photos. For the photos are suitable topics

Polish articles are good on the Polish preparations for Euro, and the Ukrainian articles are good on the Ukrainian preparations for Euro.

They don't have technology, they don't have knowledge, they don't have equipment - and yet they do have something they desire most: government's money, which (as usual) is going to disappear sooner that you think.

Take a look back a few posts from a Polish poster who said Ukraine is getting an Opel stadium for the price of a Ferrari. Guess what, Kyiv is getting a Opel Sunroof for a prices of a Ferrari Convertible.

Like I said, Euro 2012 is just a scam for Ukrainian politicians to steal money.

What do you care if he posts pictures? He's simply doing everyone a favor and giving visual updates on the progress. Relax, I for one am enjoying the photos.

I'm getting confused here. Can someone give a brief sit rep for this tournament?

As I understand it:

Ukraine
Dnipro is finished (but not used anymore?)
Donetsk is nearly finished
Kharkiv is nearly finished
Kyiv has money problems and might not be finished/not get the final
Lviv has money problems, construction is slow and only just started
Odesa has recently begun construction

Poland
Warsaw has started construction recently but is making up for lost time as it were
Gdansk (as above)
Wroclaw is in very early stages of contruction
Chorzow hasn't even started reconstruction (due October 09) but has tendered successfully
Poznan has recently started re-construction and is making good progress
Krakow as Poznan

Please correct me on things - I'm just struggling to keep track on all 12 stadia.

Yeah,Ukraine has already finished 3 stadiums(99%),and Poland is nowhere near as successful, but apparently they have a very good construction pace, and financing stability, for all stadiums, and Ukraine doesn't.

Poznan, restarted construction at the beginning of the year, not quite recently, agree?
Also,Dnipro stadium isn't used anymore?

Fair enough on Poznan but it's not exactly finished is it.

In regards to Dnipro, I thought I read something like that on here recently - maybe I'm just going mad!

It will be used if they don't finish 2 stadiums in time, which is possible.
I have to disagree with my statement, works on Poznan`s stadium never stopped in the last 18 months,at least.

So Dnipro will be used if one of Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa aren't finished. If it is the first of the 3, that would be an absolute disaster - all the games would have to be re-arranged because the capacity is under half.
