How awesome is that?! The germans will kick the sh*t out of the poles on their former soil.

Preussen Danzig! Für Deutschland!
F*ck off you Nazi. The moderators should clean up this site from these nationalistic meat heads.
Pewnie jego dziadek lezy pod Gdanskiem.

Why do you say Danzig when the actual name is Gdansk? Poland actually has a good chance to win their group. And face the facts the Gdansk was and is ours.

Interesting draw. I'd say group A is the easiest out of the 4.

I think this is how things will shake out

Group A
Russia
Poland

Group B
Netherlands
Germany

Group C
Spain
Italy

Group D
England
Sweden

I want Ireland to advance, but I don't see them getting past Spain or Italy. Croatia could also be dangerous.

German troll?
Tell that to someone who lives in Gdansk - face to face, reaction will be uncomfortable for your whole body...

Anytime, anywhere. I've dealt with poles before...

Anyhow... Looking forward to this European Championship!

England vs France old traditonal rivals (Remember Euro 2004)

Italy vs Spain (2006 world champ vs 2010 world champ)

Netherlands vs Portugal (in 2006 world cup 2nd round 4 red card in that match, so netherland has got good chance of taking revenge.

Ban this guy!

Being from Gdansk and knowing it's history let me ask.

You do realize that if you look at the history of Gdansk in it's entirety that it was/is a Polish city for much longer than it ever was a German city right? Now if your history only goes back to as far as a few years pre-WWI then I get where you are coming from...but luckily for the non-loony types history is much more than this small period of time that you only refer to. Gdansk has switched hands numerous times between Poles, Germans, and even free city status, it's history is not as black and white as many try to make it to be and as a European it shouldn't be that difficult to comprehend this as many European cities have a similar tumultuous history of switching hands. Face it, history is dynamic and to just choose one period of time and label it as the definite version of history is just ignorant (particularly for Europeans).

Yeah, I can see Poland blowing this glorious opportunity. They are playing at home and got a favourable draw, but I am still worried. Either way, Poland was never going to have an easy way of it.
