Thank you Mdiederi for finding the highest helipad by elevation!

The highest helipad on a structure is now Guangzhou West Tower at 438m.

Just as a side issue I was amazed to read that they landed a helicoptor on top of Mt. Everest in 2005.
8850 meters.!
