8/10 for the tower......4/10 for the hotel/casino. That place is boom boom compared to most of the casino hotels in Vegas, even compared to the older ones down town it is run down and grungy, IMO. However, the tower is great and well worth the trip down the strip to go up to the top and see that view!

The tower is elegant and tall , the true landmark of lv. The view from the observation deck is fan-ta-bu-lous, tried the insanity , and the thing is hot. the casino is okay , didnt see the rooms. but omg you gotta break bills for everything , tower admission , rides , pictures.. =x |

Unfortunately... the tower is rather hideous.
But those rides are just totally INSANE!!
