I have a friend studying there-I'm gonna beat him if he don't create at least 1 skyscraper project when he become an architect

No they arent,GUSV are also building Kolodruma complex in Plovdiv

No way...seriously??? I hope the tower gets built...that little short building next to it..sort of ruins the whole project for me.

For those people that prefer feet over meters, 209m is about 686 feet.

ok, good news by COD, but guess what? Nothing is official yet.
Until I see the official statement by the company, it is what is currently is - a proposal.
Knowing how 'fond' the city architect is of tall and bold buildings, let's wait it out.

I agree, I got excited big time...but for such a project until we see official news...I'll hold my horses....if the only reason why the tower will not be build is Petar Dikov's decision...I propose to start a petition for the removal from his current position....

We are not going to lie to ourselves...P. Dikov is a crook and should not be allowed to be Sofia's main architect...kazva ne na vseki proekt a kogato firmata na brat mu (Architektonika Studios) se prestavi na koito i da e obshtinen/darjaven konkurs...po chudo vinagi toi pecheli

What I would really like is there to have something developed in the neighboring plot (Djankovi brothers' plot)...if Europe Tower gets built, it could create a pretty interesting agglomeration

Anyways let's at least hope that Europe Tower will be built
