Its an urban developement cosisting of:
1. Apartments
2. a Hotel (Road Lodge)
3. Filling station
4. Restaurants
5. Gym, Restaurants and Shops
6. Sectional title offices
7. And a future Residential.

Estimated completion: November 2008 (the photo is very outdated

Damn! I wanted a 3-bedroom apartment... And of course, no indication regarding the surfaces of the apartment...

it doesnt look like its a pedestrian friendly, high street environment...more like many different facilities in one area type of mixed use

Yep, its built on the foot/slope of the hill so its not very pedestrian friendly, but its still acessable by foot.
Its a mini village thing, differant facilities, apartments etc. They might add some park to the area, but the buildings look great eitherway.

It houses the new luxury Planet Fitness brand - quite spectacular from the highway. Restaurants like Rhapsody's and Primi Piatti. Investment Cars. I think they tried to replicate a type of Melrose Arch - so it is quite pedestrian friendly once you are in - closed from the surrounding roads, and next to highway. It is quite a hilly area though, so most fastfood-loving Centurionites will complain about walking there.
