Scope of work
The Trakker Tower is a prestigious office tower development. It comprises of a single, 29-Story building structure with a covered area of 350,000 sqft. The first eight floors are reserved for parking with the upper 20 floors for corporate office space.

One remark:

They claim that it is going to be the "tallest building in the country" and will be completed by 2010.

WRONG

It will be tallest building by today's standard not by 2010 standards as a lot of other buildings are U/C and would be completed by 2010. By end of 2010, it won't be even in the top 5 list.

Yeah! I hate it how every building in Pakistan, which will be taller than MCB Karach is said to be the "Tallest building" in Pakistan!

The U/C buildings opposite this one are a part of the Defence Regency (3 Towers in total).

On this one, they are working on the 4th level and the camera is installed on the second crane, that is standing behind the tower.
