Looks more and more complete and nice, the only thing that I have to criticize - in terms of physical infrastructure - are the overhead wires. This is outdated and dangerous. (One just have to look at what has happened in USA, a country full of overhead wires) For all I know one will not find a single over-head wire in downtown Luanda, Lubango, Benguela or Lobito etc and those places were built decades ago whereas Luanda Sul is full of them.

Overhead wires are only cheap but dangerous!! when the first natural catastrophe sweeps over that place, the government will have to invest more money into adequate and more modern infrastructure, anyway. So why not do it from start as a risk prevention measure?

No Mattthias...there are not overhead wires in Kilamba.
There is only this main road with overhead wires...but the rest of the roads dont have them.

All the infrastructure runs underground in pipes.

At least that's what I see.

Even it is just the main street, overhead wires are outdated and hazardous. All the electrical infrastructure should be underground even if it is costly to build.

Compared to old parts of Luanda, one can spot in many of new parts of city which have been built in recent years a lot of overhead wires.

Angolans flock en masse to buy new property….so much for the city that some people wished to have seen crumbling to dust...including some segments of the Western press! ....By Angolan TV Zimbo...A report
