@NickRivers, is Estadio Olímpico de La Cartuja used often? Niether Sevilla nor Real Betis use it, so is the stadium generally empty?

It still has a track, but they're going to take it out.

North Carolina has three big athletics venues (20,000 +). Wallace Wade Stadium (33,000 in Durham), Aggie Stadium (25,000 in Greensboro), and Kidd Brewer Stadium (20,150 in Boone).

New Orleans has Tad Gormley Stadium (25,000).

I know California has a bunch, like Edwards Stadium of Cal, Drake Stadium of UCLA, and Hornet Stadium for Sac State.

Iowa has a big one in Des Moines.

Can't. It was renovated, the field was lowered, and stands were added to the bottom.

That is, the truth is that the stadium is empty and unused, a disappointment...

We have a couple of Athletic stadiums in Mexico.
One is in Mexico City, and the other one in Monterrey. I believe there's another one in Toluca and Veracruz, i'll find out later on.

Olympic stadium-72 449
Team: Unam (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico)

estadio tecnologico-39 000
Team: FC Monterrey

I think it is enough... You are a basketball nation

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Olympic stadium of Mexico just needs modernization. It can be easily wonderful with a modern, artistic roof and surround.

Ohh please...The only important athletics stadium is Dinamo stadium, and next time look for newer pictures.
Having a track doesn't make it an athletics stadium, because those that you presented and "Emil Alexandrescu"(Poli Iasi) have a 6 lane track (except Ion Oblemenco, but it isn't used in that purpose),and a normal one must have at least 8 or 9.

Well, yeah we are very happy about our football team this year
But we are still a basketball nation indeed
and about the stadiums, we are building one in Vilnius now, but it will be 20000 seats only. And some Germany group wanna build a 18 k stadia in Kaunas. So, nothing special as usual here about football and stadiums
