Professores do ISCED Lançam obra pedagógica

Uíge – Uma obra pedagógica escrita pelos professores do núcleo do Instituto Superior de Ciências da Educação (ISCED) local, Dissengomoka Sebastião Alexandre e Manuel Kivuna intitulada “Alguns Fundamentos Gerais Didácticos em Educação” foi lançada no ultimo fim-de-semana, na sala de conferências da instituição.

O livro comporta numa primeira tiragem cerca de mil exemplares com 295 páginas distribuídas em oito capítulos.

Em declarações à Angop, Dissengomoka Alexandre disse que a obra contribuir muito na aprendizagem do discentes e vai também facilitar o trabalho dos docentes.

Como disse, o livro baseou-se numa linguagem analítica dos vários factores da docência do nível superior, contendo métodos que visam basicamente a formação de formadores.

Por sua vez, Manuel Kivuna avançou que a obra vai contribuir para corrigir alguns erros cometidos por docentes universitários e não só, assim como, proporcionar melhor qualidade de ensino.

Dirigente do MPLA apela à intensificação das aulas de alfabetização

Lobito - O primeiro secretário do MPLA no Lobito, província de Benguela, Julião de Almeida, recomendou, neste fim-de-semana, na comuna do Egipto Praia, aos dirigentes dos Comités de Acção do seu partido a incentivarem os militantes e a população analfabeta a frequentarem as aulas de alfabetização.

O responsável, que falava durante o encontro de confraternização dos militantes no quadro da vitória que o MPLA obteve nas eleições legislativas de 5 de Setembro, disse que vários cidadãos desperdiçaram votos por dificuldades de não saberem ler.

Julião de Almeida disse ser necessário que os militantes do partido estejam organizados do ponto de vista político, económico e academicamente a todos níveis.

Para si, a vitória que o seu partido obteve nas eleições vai exigir maior empenho dos militantes segundo a profissão ou cargo que cada um exerce na sociedade.

"Os professores deverão redobrar os seus esforços no sentido de proporcionar um ensino de qualidade e combate ao analfabetismo no seio das populações em particular dos militantes", frisou.

Por outro lado, o dirigente do MPLA congratulou-se com o programa de distribuição de batas e outro material escolar aos estudantes do ensino primário que o Governo está a desenvolver a nível das comunas da Canjala, Egipto Praia e Biópio.

Leader of MPLA calls for the intensification of the literacy classes

ANDA pretende candidatar-se à presidência da FAPED

Luanda - A Associação Nacional de Deficientes Angolanos (ANDA) vai apresentar a sua candidatura à presidência da Federação das Associações de Pessoas Portadoras de Deficiência (FAPED) na assembleia de renovação de mandatos prevista para a segunda quinzena de Novembro próximo.

Esta informação foi prestada segunda-feira à Angop pelo presidente da ANDA, Silva Lopes Etiambulo, que afirmou que o principal objectivo da sua candidatura é de dinamizar a federação.

De acordo com o responsável a FAPED encontra-se actualmente numa letargia, advogando a necessidade de se trabalhar no sentido de tirar esta instituição da situação actual.

Silva Etiambulo anunciou que conta com o apoio da actual mesa da Assembleia Geral da federação, a qual pretende manter com algumas remodelações, assim como de outras associações que integrarão a sua lista.

Fundada em Luanda a 19 de Setembro de 2000 a FAPED visa, entre outros objectivos coordenar e organizar acções que apoiem a implementação de projectos de reabilitação integral.

Organizar fóruns nacionais e internacionais, realizar campanhas, seminários, entre outras acções de formação e de intercâmbio, de forma a obter experiência de nível técnico-científico de modo a promover politícas consistentes que engrandeçam as pessoas portadoras de deficiência, constitui outro dos objectivos da instituição.

A FAPED também exerce o papel de órgão aglutinador de todas as associações membros, assim como tem como missão criar um centro de documentação que congregue informações técnico-científicas de carácter social.

ANDA intends to run for the presidency of FAPED

Aberto ano lectivo na escola de professores do futuro

Huambo - O ano lectivo 2008/09 na escola de professores do futuro da Quissala, na província do Huambo, ligada à Organização Não Governamental Ajuda para o Desenvolvimento de Povo para Povo "ADPP", arrancou hoje com 120 alunos.

A cerimónia de abertura foi orientada pelo director nacional de formação de quadros do Ministério da Educação, Justino Jerónimo, que na ocasião reafirmou a importância das escolas de professores do futuro, apelando à dedicação dos alunos.

" Em nome do ministro angolano da Educação, reitero o nosso reconhecimento pela qualidade de ensino nestas escolas de professores do futuro, cuja parceria com a ADPP começou aqui no Huambo em 1995", afirmou.

Revelou que no país funcionam nove escolas de formação de professores do futuro, estando prevista para ainda este ano a inauguração de duas nas províncias de Malanje e do Uíge, para além da abertura do curso na região do Cunene.

Fez saber que desde 1995 foram já formados cerca de dois mil professores.

"Ao longo da sua existência, a escola promoveu competências bastante diferenciadas, reconhecidas pelas autoridades. Tem perfil reconhecido e os professores aqui formados não cumprem só horário, mas cumprem tarefas", realçou.

Aos jovens que estarão a partir de hoje internados naquela escola, o responsável exortou a encararem esta formação como um desafio, não olhando para as dificuldades.

Por outro lado, louvou a adesão das mulheres ao curso de professores do futuro, pois considera que através das professoras maior será o impacto da educação feminina nas zonas rurais, "pensamos que os cuidados primários de saúde, higiene e atenção com as crianças podem ser maior".

Com oito períodos, o curso de professores do futuro tem duração de cerca de três anos, durante os quais os alunos aprendem várias questões sobre o Mundo, Angola, construção, práticas pedagógicas, consolidação, oficinas pedagógicas e passam por um estágio, antes do exame final.

Hoje também foram reinauguradas as infra-estruturas da escola de professores do futuro da Quissala. A cerimónia contou com a presença da presidente do Conselho de Administração da ADPP em Angola, Rikke Viholm, e convidados.

Open year at the school for teachers of the future

ADPP e parceiros abrem oficialmente novo curso de professores do futuro

Luanda - A ONG "Ajuda de Desenvolvimento de Povo para Povo" (ADPP) vai fazer a abertura oficial de mais um curso de professores do futuro, no dia 24 deste mês, em nove províncias do país.

Uma nota daquela Ong enviada hoje à Angop, em Luanda, refere que o acto terá lugar em escolas de professores do futuro situadas nas províncias do Bié, Luanda, Huambo, Bengo, Benguela, Cabinda, Zaire, Uíge e Malange.

Os cursos de professores do futuro abrange apenas estudantes que frequentam o ensino médio, que são formados para leccionar em áreas rurais e periurbanas.

Segundo o documento, esta "promoção 2008" vai arrancar com 855 novos estudantes, dos quais 30 porcento são mulheres, e terá a duração de dois anos e meio.

Durante o curso, os participantes estarão em regime de internato e terão aulas de Didática, Pedagogia, Metodologia, Psicologia, Sociologia, Matemática, Ciência e Língua Portuguesa, bem como sobre o Mundo em que Vivemos e O Nosso País Angola.

A formação, reza a nota, é prática e teorica e inclui um ano lectivo como estagiário, numa das áreas mais carentes de professores e ensino.

O programa "Professores do Futuro" é uma colaboração entre o Ministério da Educação de Angola e a ADPP. Até ao momento, foram já formados 2.040 docentes, que trabalham também como agentes de desenvolvimento nas comunidades.

No âmbito do plano de expansão, em 2008 a organização conseguiu já a sua décima Escola do Futuro, na província do Cunene, que vai abrir oficialmente no dia um de Novembro.

No dia 22 do corrente, a ADPP-Angola e seus parceiros reinauguraram a escola de Professores do Futuro no Huambo, acto presidido pela vice-ministra da agricultura Filomena Delgado, bem como procederam a abertura oficial do ano lectivo naquel estabelecimento.

Nesta senda, houve também a abertura oficial da formação de 400 dinamizadores rurais, no âmbito do protocolo de colaboração com o ministério da agricultura e desenvolvimento rural.

ADPP and partners officially open new course for teachers of the future

Luanda - The NGO "Help Development of People to People" (ADPP) will make the official opening of one more course for teachers of the future, on the 24th of this month in nine provinces of the country.

A note that Ong sent today to ANGOP, in Luanda, states that the act will take place in schools of the future teachers in the provinces of Bie, Luanda, Huambo, Bengo, Benguela, Cabinda, Zaire, Uige and Malange.

The courses for teachers of the future includes only students who attend high school, who are trained to teach in rural areas and fringe.

According to the document, the "promotion 2008" will start with 855 new students, of whom 30 percent are women, and will last for two and a half years.

During the course, participants will be on a school and take classes in Didactic, pedagogy, methodology, psychology, sociology, mathematics, science and the Portuguese language and about the world we live in Our Country and Angola.

Mais de vinte mil pessoas recebem aulas de alfabetização na província

Benguela - Vinte mil e 364 pessoas, 12 mil e 12 das quais do sexo feminino, entre os 16 aos 30 anos estão a ser alfabetizadas no
presente ano lectivo na província de Benguela, numa iniciativa do Programa de Alfabetização e Aceleração Escolar sob a égide do Ministério da Educação, visando à erradicação do analfabetismo até 2015, soube hoje (terça-feira) à Angop, nesta cidade.

Segundo o chefe da secção provincial de Benguela da Alfabetização e Pós-Alfabetização, Mário João Manuel, que informou o facto à Angop, actualmente aprendem a ler e a escrever jovens, adolescentes, camponeses, comerciantes, militares, paramilitares e ex-militares na província, que conta com 531 salas de aulas distribuídas em várias congregações religiosas, como a Católica, Adventista do Sétimo Dia, Tocoísta, Evangélica, entre outras.

De acordo com o responsável, o processo de alfabetização decorre em duas etapas de três meses cada uma, sendo a primeira correspondente as primeira e segunda classes e a segunda às terceiras e quarta classes.

Após concluir ambos os módulos com aproveitamento positivo, o alfabetizando transita para a quinta classe já habilitado para dar continuidade aos seus estudos nas escolas públicas ou privadas, de modo a que seja reinserido na sociedade com conhecimentos e competências.

Assegurou que o programa de instrução envolve na província 405 alfabetizadores dos quais 187 alfabetizadoras em toda a província de Benguela, que são remunerados mensalmente com uma quantia de 7.500 kwanzas mensais.

Explicou que 45 dos 405 instrutores que ensinam o ABC são voluntários, por isso, não auferem qualquer valor financeiro.

Apesar disso, o responsável adiantou que o sector, afecto à direcção provincial da Educação, Cultura, Ciência e Tecnologia, apresentou já proposta à direcção Nacional do Ensino Geral em Luanda, como forma de se subsidiar todos quantos trabalham voluntariamente, para que não se desanimem e continuem a contribuir no combate do analfabetismo na região.

"Achamos que os 360 alfabetizando remunerados ainda não satisfazem completamente as necessidades reais da província"- asseverou, afirmando urgir mais 300 que possam ser pagos para corresponder com a demanda do processo e colmatar as dificuldades existentes.

Dos 22 parceiros envolvidos trabalham no processo, destacam-se ainda as Caritas, a Congregação dos Padres Salesianos de Dom Bosco, a Acção de Desenvolvimento Rural e Ambiente (ADRA), Organização da Mulher Angolana (OMA), Juventude do MPLA (JMPLA), Leigos para o Desenvolvimento, Evangélica, Federação das Associações de Camponeses e Cooperativas Agro-pecuárias (UNACA), bem como a Cruz Vermelha Espanhola em Angola.

Entende-se por alfabetização um processo de ensino que consiste na aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita e na sua utilização do código de comunicação, tornando-se também num instrumento de inclusão social.

Direcção da educação estuda abertura de novas escolas comparticipadas

Luanda - A Direcção Provincial da Educação de Luanda manteve hoje um encontro com os parceiros sociais, visando o aumento do acesso ao ensino primário na capital, através da abertura, em 2009, de novas escolas comparticipadas.

Para permitir que no próximo ano lectivo mais crianças possam frequentar o ensino obrigatório ( 1ª a 6ª classe), o director provincial da educação, André Soma, apelou a todas as instituições que possuam infra-estruturas adaptáveis ao ensino para coloca-las à disposição do governo.

Como requisitos para abertura destas unidades, os parceiros devem dispor de um espaço de 35 metros quadrados, com capacidade de no mínimo cinco salas, duas casas de banho e um pátio para actividade física.

De modo a conferir qualidade ao ensino nas novas unidades, os professores e o os directores pedagógicos serão indicados pela direcção de educação, entidade responsável também pelo pagamento dos salários.

A comparticipação mensal dos alunos está estimada em até 1400 kwanzas, tendo em conta a situação económica das famílias.

Neste momento, a direcção está a fazer o levantamento dos parceiros (igrejas, ONG, entre outros) e do número de salas e de alunos que poderão intervir no próximo ano lectivo em todos os municípios.

Directorate of education studies opening new schools reimbursed

Luanda - The Provincial Directorate of Education in Luanda today held a meeting with the social partners, aiming at increasing access to primary education in the capital, by opening in 2009, new schools reimbursed.

To allow the new school year more children can attend compulsory education (1st to 6th grade), the provincial education director, Andrew Sum, called on all institutions that have infrastructure adaptable to education to put them at the disposal of government.

As requirements for opening these units, the partners must have an area of 35 square meters with a capacity of at least five rooms, two bathrooms and a patio for physical activity.

In order to provide quality education in the new units, teachers and the teaching directors will be given by the management of education, responsible also for the payment of wages.

The monthly contribution of students is estimated at up to 1400 Kwanzas, taking into account the economic situation of families.

Today, the leadership is doing the lifting of the partners (churches, NGOs, among others) and the number of classrooms and students who may speak in the next academic year in all municipalities.

Finalistas do IMEL defendem teses de aptidão técnica e profissional

Lubango - Trezentos e 65 estudantes finalistas do Instituto Médio de Economia do Lubango (IMEL) iniciaram segunda-feira, na cidade
do Lubango, província da Huíla, a defesa das suas provas de aptidão técnico-profissional, soube hoje a Angop do director da instituição, Jacinto Jamba.

A actividade vai durar 12 dias e realiza-se no âmbito da reforma técnico-profissional da educação. Os finalistas defendem teses nas
especialidades de contabilidade e gestão, administração pública, estatística e planeamento e secretariado.

"Esta é a terceira jornada de defesa das provas de aptidão profissional que o IMEL promove, o que faz com que estejam convenientemente preparados para enfrentar o mercado de emprego, em qualquer instituição pública ou privada", disse.

Desde a sua fundação, em Março de 1978, o IMEL ja formou mais de 10 mil técnicos médios em diversas especialidades de economia. No presente ano lectivo foram matriculados dois mil 166 alunos.

Sector da Educação capacita directores de escolas

Kuito - Pelo menos catorze directores de igual número de escolas dos municípios de Katabola, Andulo, Chinguar e Kuito (Bié)
participam a partir de hoje num seminário de capacitação sobre o projecto educativo de escola, promovido pela direcção da Educação na província.

Durante três dias, os participantes ao seminário serão dotados de conhecimentos como os sonhos da juventude, barreiras para aprender nas escolas do ensino primário e diagnóstico dos problemas na base do formato II do guia prático.

A tabela de critérios e indicadores de avaliação do projecto educativo escolar, com a participação das comunidades educativas locais, o contributo do professor no progresso do país, entre outros temas, serão debatidos na acção formativa.

O director da Educação na província do Bié, José Francisco Dumba, sublinhou que a acção tem como finalidade reforçar o nível de organização das instituições escolares na região, acrescentando que actividades do género poderão abranger mais estabelecimentos de ensino nesta parcela do país nos próximos tempos.

Alunos da aldeia Quituma com mais salas de aula nos próximos dias

Uíge - Seis novas salas de aula estão a ser erguidas desde Fevereiro do corrente ano na aldeia Quituma, a quatro quilómetros ao sul
da cidade do Uíge, para albergar 540 alunos do ensino primária em dois turnos.

Em declarações à Angop, o encarregado das obras da empresa "Bom Presente", Miguel Tunga, disse que a conclusão das obras está prevista para Novembro do corrente ano, e a sua execução está enquadrada no programa de investimentos públicos do governo da província.

O responsável disse que a escola comportará dez quartos de banho, sala dos professores, gabinete do director, entre outras áreas.

Mais de 300 finalistas do Instituto Médio Politécnico em defesa de monografias

Cabinda - Trezentos e 45 finalistas do Instituto Médio Politécnico de Cabinda (IMPC) estão a defender as suas monografias de fim do curso, nas especialidades de electricidade e electrónica, mecânica, informática e construção civil, desde segunda-feira.

Falando à Angop hoje (quarta-feira), nesta cidade, a directora do IMPC, Maria Luísa Buca, disse que os trabalhos decorrem sem sobressaltos e que os alunos estão a corresponder com as expectativas.

Até agora 58 alunos já defenderam os seus trabalhos. Dos temas defendidos salientam-se "O funcionamento de um motor a cinco", "Temporizador para luz de prédio" e "A enciclopédia de Cabinda".

As sessões de defesa dos trabalhos de fim de curso terminam no dia 24 de Outubro próximo, com duração de 30 minutos cada tema.

Defesas do género decorrem no Instituto Médio de Economia de Cabinda, no Instituto Médio Politécnico "João Paulo II" e no Instituto Médio Politécnico "Serra Van-Dúnem", no município de Cacongo.

Cabinda - Three hundred and 45 finalists in the Middle Polytechnic Institute of Cabinda (IMCO) are defending their monographs of end of the course, the specialties of electricity and electronics, mechanics, information technology and construction, since Monday.

Inide pretende um currículo de ensino mais inclusivo

Luanda - O Instituto Nacional de Investigação e Desenvolvimento da Educação (Inide) está a promover, desde Março, um curso denominado “Elaboração para a proposta curricular em Angola”, que visa melhorar e tornar mais inclusivo o ensino geral no país.

A chefe de departamento de avaliação do Inide, Anabela Cunha, que avançou a informação hoje à Angop, disse que o curso, a terminar em Dezembro de 2009, está a ser ministrado por especialistas brasileiros e abrange todas as particularidades e especificidades de cada região de Angola.

A título de exemplo, Anabela Cunha, também coordenadora geral do curso, referiu que durante as aulas estão a ser traçadas estratégias para incluir no sistema escolar as crianças que habitam em zonas onde se pratica a pastorícia e que na época da transumância são penalizadas devido às constantes deslocações, à procura de pasto para o gado.

“Essas crianças não podem ficar sem estudar, por isso a nossa formação tem como principal objectivo superar as insuficiências e melhorar o actual currículo do ensino geral, atendendo a especificidade e particularidade de cada região”, reiterou.

O curso, que terá a sua abertura oficial dia 27 de Outubro deste ano, enquadra-se no âmbito da cooperação Angola/Brasil no sector da Educação prevendo ainda a implementação de outros dois projectos para o Inide no sector formativo.

“Por motivos de calendário, apesar de já termos iniciado com a formação, só no dia 27 de Outubro próximo é que vamos realizar a abertura oficial do curso, que será feita por uma entidade brasileira ligada ao sector da Educação”, explicou.

Na formação, participam trinta técnicos do Inide, Direcção Nacional do Ensino Geral e Instituto Nacional do Ensino Especial do Ministério da Educação na qual estão a ser capacitados sobre o “Currículo e temporalidades humanas quotidiana da escola”, “Currículo, Conhecimento e Cultura” e “Currículo e Desenvolvimento Humano”.

O “Currículo e alfabetização”, “Currículo, avaliação de ensino e aprendizagem” e “Currículo e educação especial” são outros dos temas que estão a ser abordados nas sessões formativas.

Os técnicos, divididos em dois grupos de 15 especialistas, recebem aulas no sistema à distância (sem a presença dos formadores) e presenciais (na presença dos formadores), sendo que no final de cada tema os formandos têm a responsabilidade de produzir

INID wants a more inclusive curriculum for teaching

Mais de 50 crianças com deficiência frequentam ensino especial

Ondjiva - Pelo menos 58 crianças, entre surdas, cegas e mudas, estão a frequentar desde o início do presente ano lectivo aulas de ensino especial, em Ondjiva, província do Cunene, onde aprendem a ler e escrever, constatou hoje (quinta-feira) a Angop no local.

Segundo a directora da única escola do género na região, Anabela Miguel, existem todas condições, desde técnicas e humanas, para que as crianças aprendam com eficiência.

A escola que foi inaugurada pelo ministro da educação, António Burity da Silva, em 16 de Junho do ano em curso, tem três salas de aulas e outras repartições com um suporte de 15 professores subdivididos em dois turnos.

Anabela Miguel sublinhou que a aplicação dos alunos corresponde com as expectativas, sendo visível o interesse dos pais, situação que satisfaz a direcção da escola.

Por seu turno, apelou ainda aos pais e encarregados de educação a trazerem os filhos à escola, porque ter uma deficiência não significa que tudo está perdido, advogando à sua formação académica.

Aberto XII curso de professores rurais da ADPP em Caxito

Caxito - Oitenta e três jovens, dos quais 29 mulheres, frequentam desde quarta-feira, na cidade de Caxito, província do Bengo, o curso médio de pedagogia na escola de professores do futuro (EPF), promovido pela Ong dinamarquesa "Ajuda de Desenvolvimento de Povo para Povo" (ADPP).

Com duração de 30 meses, aos formandos, em regime de internato, serão administradas 25 disciplinas, entre as quais a didáctica das línguas Portuguesa, Francesa e Inglesa, bem como Ciências da Natureza, História, Matemática, Geografia, Desenho, física e psicologia.

Em declarações quinta-feira à Angop, a directora da EPF, Anne Lausen, salientou que as condições técnicas e materiais estão asseguradas para o ano lectivo/2008, contando com a participação de 15 professores, dos quais dois estrangeiros.

A responsável fez saber que a Escola de professores do futuro na província do Bengo formou, desde 1996, altura da sua criação, 455 docentes, distribuídos por várias zonas rurais do país.

Por seu turno, o director provincial da Educação e Cultura, Pedro Manuel Neto, destacou a importância dos professores rurais na formação académica das comunidades, tendo enaltecido o esforço do governo local para a erradicação do analfabetismo no seio da população.

Informou que o seu pelouro controla, actualmente, 2.435 professores, do primeiro ciclo e do ensino médio.

Programa de alfabetização conta com apoio de Cuba

Benguela - O chefe da Secção Provincial da Alfabetização e Pós-Alfabetização em Benguela, Mário Manuel, anunciou hoje (sexta-feira), que o programa de ensino e aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita contará, a partir de Outubro próximo, com o apoio de Cuba, que prevê a introdução de meios audiovisuais para reforçar a capacidade metodológica dos alfabetizadores.

Em entrevista à Angop, a fonte assegurou que numa fase inicial 240 cidadãos analfabetos nos municípios de Benguela e do Lobito serão beneficiários directos da parceria com a Ilha Caribenha, que visa contribuir na melhoria da qualidade do processo da alfabetização, acelerado e desenvolvendo-a na província.

Disse que no domínio da alfabetização, Cuba traz uma nova proposta metodológica designada "Yo si Puedo" ou "Sim eu Posso", traduzindo em português, que inicialmente será aplicada, além de Benguela, nas províncias do Bié, Huambo e Luanda, enquanto as restantes localidades do país serão contempladas na segunda fase.

Explicou que a primeira etapa será a de experimentação e envolverá oito alfabetizadores, sendo quatro em Benguela e os demais no Lobito que atenderão cada 30 alunos dentro dos novos métodos de instrução (audiovisuais).

Salientou que com vista a implementar o protocolo chegará brevemente a Benguela um grupo de professores cubanos da área da alfabetização que, além de monitorar o processo, vão preparar todos quantos estarão envolvidos na actividade.

Posteriormente, o projecto será, de acordo com o entrevistado, generalizado para aumentar o número de alfabetizadores e o de beneficiários a nível dos nove municípios da província de Benguela.

Actualmente, vinte mil e 364 pessoas, 12 mil e 12 das quais mulheres, dos 16 aos 30 anos, estão a ser alfabetizadas na província de Benguela, no quadro do Programa de Alfabetização e Aceleração Escolar sob a égide do ministério da Educação, que prevê a erradicação do analfabetismo até 2015.

Quinhentas e 31 salas de aulas distribuídas em várias congregações religiosas, como a Católica, Adventista do Sétimo Dia, Tocoísta, Evangélica, entre outras, foram colocadas à disposição dos alfabetizandos, que deste modo minimizam o seu atraso escolar, criando condições para um melhor desenvolvimento comunitário.

Há 11 anos que o mundo celebra a data alusiva à Alfabetização, instituída aquando de uma conferência subordinada ao tema "Educação para Todos", na Tailândia, onde a Organização das Nações Unidas para a Educação, Ciência e Cultura (UNESCO) se comprometeu a diminuir os índices mundiais de analfabetismo.

Entende-se por alfabetização um processo de ensino que consiste na aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita e na sua utilização do código de comunicação, tornando-se também num instrumento de inclusão social.

Livro jurídico será um contributo para todos os operadores de Direito

Luanda – O livro “A Justiça Administrativa Angolana”, dos juristas angolanos Carlos Feijó e Lazarino Poulson, será um contributo para todos os operadores de Direito, afirmou hoje, sexta-feira, em Luanda, o docente universitário, Gilberto Luther.

Ao fazer à apresentação da obra, na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Agostinho Neto, Gilberto Luther disse que o livro, fruto dos sumários desenvolvidos nas lições da disciplina de Contencioso Administrativo do 5º ano, vai servir para os juízes, procuradores, advogados e decisores políticos.

Por sua vez, Lazarino Poulson ao dissertar sobre o livro fez saber que optaram pela designação “A Justiça Administrativa Angolana” por reflectir melhor os conteúdos abordados, já que não aborda só, questões processuais, nem questões contenciosas, mais sim, um leque de questões judiciarias administrativas.

Acrescentou que o volume está dividido em três partes, a garantia dos particulares, da organização judiciária e dos processos nos tribunais.

“Focamos a controvérsia nos tribunais e não se limita a descrever o que a lei consagra, mas também tem um carácter crítico e aponta algumas soluções e questiona algumas soluções legais”, acrescentou.

Referiu por outra, que o volume vem para dotar os estudantes de um manual de apoio bibliográfico para a licenciatura em Direito que é leccionada no último ano do curso.

Lazarino Poulson aproveitou para agradecer o contributo dos professores universitários e juristas, Aderito Correia, Virgílio Fontes Pereira, Carlos Feijó e Rui Ferreira por terem contribuído positivamente para a sua formação.

Carlos Feijó, co-autor do ensaio, referiu que um docente universitário deve apresentar as suas ideias critica em artigos ou livros para a publicação de toda a comunidade académica de forma a contribuir com as suas opiniões.

“As reflexões que fui fazendo e apresentei num determinado ano lectivo quando me foi incumbida da regência da cadeira de Contencioso Administrativo estão aqui hoje plasmadas neste volume e espero que os estudantes sejam, também, críticos para se poder fazer Direito”, advogou.

Mencionou que os estudantes vão poder encontrar essencialmente, uma parte de processual, teoria, de certo modo, de Direito Processual, onde os estudantes confirmarão os problemas ao nível da justiça administrativa em Angola.

Carlos Maria Feijó é jurista, docente da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Agostinho Neto onde coordena o curso de mestrado em
Direito de Petróleo e gás. Doutorando em Direito Administrativo, tem diversas obras publicadas em Angola e Portugal sobre questões de Direito e compilações de legislação com anotações.

Por seu turno, Lazarino Poulson, jurista e igualmente docente da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Agostinho Neto é mestrado em
Jurídico-político por esta faculdade.

É autor da obra “Pensar Direito”, um conjunto de textos sobre questões polémicas a luz da jurisprudência em Angola.

Luanda – Cento e vinte e dois recém-licenciados da Universidade Privada de Angola receberam hoje (sábado) os seus diplomas referentes aos cursos de arquitectura e urbanismo, engenharia, comunicação social, relações internacionais, gestão e contabilidade, ciência farmacêuticas, enfermagem, fisioterapia, odontologia e psicologia.

O reitor da Universidade Privada de Angola, Carlos Alberto Pinto de Sousa, disse na ocasião, que o acto é de especial relevo para Angola por realizar-se num momento em que são notórias as melhorias da qualificação profissional.

No entender de Carlos de Sousa, o pais só pode criar verdadeira riqueza se apostar fortemente no desenvolvimento de recursos humanos, porquê as mudanças tecnológicas e a globalização dos mercados constituem um factor chave da eficácia organizacional das estruturas de um país.

Segundo o reitor, a entrega de diplomas significa que o trabalho desenvolvido na aprendizagem e na auto-aprendizagem dos alunos foi consistente e que as capacidades de reflexão que a universidade ofereceu é um facto.

Carlos de Sousa felicitou os professores por terem formado os ora licenciados, que acreditam no futuro e querem colaborar na construção de Angola.

Sistema de educação é preocupante - diz secretário

Luanda - O Secretário de Estado para o Ensino Superior, Adão do Nascimento, que falava na cerimónia de outorga de diplomas do UPRA, disse que a realidade do sistema de educação do país é preocupante e que a taxa de conclusão do ciclo de formação é “extremamente baixa”.

“A taxa de conclusão do ciclo de formação é extremamente baixa, apenas cento e vinte formaram-se quando iniciaram num total de mil e cento e vinte e nove alunos”. salientou o secretário.

De acordo com Adão do Nascimento, não se pode ficar de modo algum indiferente a este “insucesso”, porque este pode ser afectado pelos factos sociais, económicos, morais, profissionais e pedagógicos, e requer, sem dúvida, algum empenho de toda a sociedade.

Por outro lado, Adão do Nascimento defendeu que é, sem duvidada, sexta-feira, um dia significativo para Angola, porque os recém finalistas juntar-se-ão às obras de promoção de desenvolvimento nacional e do bem-estar social.

Assim, apelou a direcção da instituição privada de Angola a engajarem-se firmemente nas realizações de acções sistemáticas de formações de sucessos, para que, no próximo ano, às taxas de aproveitamento melhorem consideravelmente.

Benguela - O presidente da União Nacional dos Estudantes Angolanos no Lobito, província Benguela, António Lázaro Kamenhe, afirmou ter havido uma substancial organização das instituições escolares nos últimos anos.

Em declarações à Angop, no domingo, por ocasião das actividades que visam a comemoração do quatro de Outubro próximo, data da criação da Universidade Católica no Lobito, Lázaro Kamenhe disse que setenta porcento das escolas têm carteiras e outros materiais didácticos que permitem a boa ministração de aulas.

Para si, em consequência das condições criadas, os professores têm vontade de exercerem suas actividades e os estudantes assimilam melhores as matérias que são ministradas.

Por outro lado, o responsável juvenil disse que o surgimento de instituições de ensino médio e superior privado está a contribuir na redução de centenas de jovens fora do sistema de ensino.

Considera salutar a intervenção do sector privado no sistema de educação, apesar de muitas das instituições afectas a este sector estarem a cobrar valores (propinas) exorbitantes em relação à capacidade financeira da maioria dos jovens.

Lázaro Kamenhe elogiou o programa do governo que consiste na criação de centros de formação profissionais que para si constitui a base para assegurar o futuro da juventude de todos os estratos sociais.

Almeja que se estude maneiras de se criar condições de formação agropecuária nos municípios do interior da província de modo a aproveitar as capacidades de jovens ali residentes.
