A small excerpt from the article

The southern plaza is completed urban and spatially with the new 200m high DB Tower . A simple linear structure , which stands on high columns and as a pedestrian connection from the authorities the center of the grounds under the tower through permits . The DB Tower is structurally completely separated from the adjacent parking garage . The car park closes at its height and formulation to the surrounding perimeter block . His projectiles are fully inclined by 4.3 percent in the station. Thus, stairs and elevators can be avoided and a direct connection can be achieved at the pedestrian tunnel . The bullet 0/-1 sets a hand to the street level and , here you go with a car , it then tends to ceiling height of the tunnel down , thus providing a direct connection to this , and from there to the tracks here . On this floor are 80 Kurzeitparkplätze available with this same mentioned connection to the pedestrian tunnel . Also 151 Car , 16 carsharing , 10 railway Comfort and 6 disabled parking spaces are provided on this floor . About the pedestrian tunnel a good accessibility of these spaces and also the platforms is given . We propose that the former post tunnel to the pedestrian tunnel to open back and with shops and various service facilities such as Press Shops , cleaning, etc. , as well as provide terminal facilities for car hire or car-sharing . The pedestrian tunnel is thus counted on and strengthened as a north- south link below the railway station .

A new 200m tower for Frankfurt would be awesome.

My first thought also.

I would prefer the 130 meter designs. Build the real tall ones in the existing cluster.

My first thought was Chicago Spire without the twist. Guess my mind isn't dirty enough.

Very, very true bro!

It would be great if they would build a 200m like "Torre Agbar" with cleaner lines. Would definately fit there!
