Maayo sad na pagka design sa waste water drainage, dali ra ma access kung naay problema, similar sila sa La Guardia.

dili kaau ko ganahan sa concept aning one oasis nga naa sad gawas ang aisles/corridors... mas okay-han ko kung naa unta sa tunga ang common corridors nya ang sa exteriors mao na ang windows sa units.. similar to other condo developments.. swerte ang corner units kay naay exterior windows pero ang uban, ang view kay either ang tunga (which is walay view) or the corridors nga obstructed, nya naay muagi.. just my observation/opinion lang...

Bro, this is only for bldg2. ang next building na ila iconstruct (bldg1) kay naay terrace/balcony. ang bldg3 kay 10storey, walay studio type.

naay daghan bro uy... lapad pa kaayo nag hawan hawan diha. Then sa likod nga part anang One oasis kay ang cebu Country Club na. Tig agi an man ko diha kay naa man sa interior part ang balay sa akong anti, mo agi anang entrance sa One Oasis og sa gate sa CIS. Pero ang road kay yuta, dili simentado og sili apaltado, murag sungkaan... to think nga mga dagkong balay ang tua sa interior part sa subdivision. Pero simentoon man daw na, apil sa budget sa One Oasis.

Cebu has golf courses in the uphill part of the city and in nearby Mactan and in Danao City...i wish the stockholders of Cebu Country Club will give up that vast land to be Cebu's next business district and then create a diversion road leading to Mabolo from Banilad...
