very interesting design i think we have seen it a few weeks before in another thread i think in the NYC projects thread.....mhhh seems like NYC is really keen on having a totally refreshed skyline with some fancy designs......this one is a good example that also NYC can include experimental architecture that even fits....with 24 floors it shuld be somewhere around 85-90m! the construction will be very interesting to witness since it will has all this floors that "hang out" of the building/core...it´s also interesting that they will use more and more glas the higher the building gets...something what Peli also did with the facade of the WFC!

Strange box.
What buildings have to disappear for this thing? I hope they won't tear anything historicist down for it (such as the neighbouring buildings). That'd be a shame.

Great design. It's not that tall but it has a distinct shape. It fits well with One Madison Park as well.

Althought It isn't a tallest building in the world, but it looks very strange. If possible, people can post its structural drawings for everybody to see. Thank you.

Taking into consideration the building next door (right), i'd say nothing special.

Great design. Good slenderness, cladding looks good too.
