This stretch of Chicago's South Loop neighborhood is also known as "Motor Row" because of the abundance of early and mid-20th Century auto showrooms.

^ The site is about 2 miles due South of the Loop core and won't "read" on the skyline unless you are looking from the immediate SE, S or SW.

Lexington Park Goes Rental

This building was originally planned as a condo building but now, it is going rental.

(Burnham Pointe, Roosevelt Collection, and the list goes on)....
