This city has a lot of potential, plenty of classic architecture within this city, variations per neighborhood also, urban grid layout with density, a wonderful looking waterfront. I read somewhere about a planning to build a new skyscraper which will be the tallest in this city, any more news ?

The Stafford hotel (Now student residences) has always gotten my attention. I really like that building.
