We would love to have updates from you and being next door to the site will make it easier for you to capture.
I use ImageShack to host my photos but you could use Flickr or any other host if you like.
I can't wait to see your updates and welcome to the forum. btw most people will act like adults but there are some here who are very young and have limited manners. Just ignore them if you can.

Upload them to Imgur and paste the code that starts with [IMG] or something like that in the quick reply box below. Don't waste your time on Imageshack or Photobucket which are absolutely nightmarish sites.

One week, $100M in sales. Insane.

OLSHAN LUXURY MARKET REPORT

March 4-10, 2013

"Another week, another multi-year high...

Last week... The biggest contributor was 56 Leonard, where 16 contracts totaling $98.4 million were signed off floorplans, this despite being 2 to 3 years away from completion..."

I'll bet that Hines has even greater success with Tour Verre since its location is better.

And...

56 Leonard is 50% Sold; Rally for the New Amsterdam Market
Monday, March 18, 2013, by Jessica Dailey

"TRIBECA—Reps for 56 Leonard Street now report that the very unfinished condo tower is 50 percent sold. Just last Friday, we were told that 16 units were in contract, but apparently that number was far from the truth. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group now says that half of the 145 condos are taken, with sales totaling more than $450 million. But all these buyers have some waiting around to do—the building won't be complete for another two to three years..."

Found by NYGuy on SSP. Still think the apartments here are a bargain compared to One57, 432, and eventually the other midtown towers. The full floor units here may arguably have the best urban views of any apartments on earth.

I'm not surprised the sales have been brisk. Other than being an interesting building itself and significantly lower prices offered in the competitive Midtown market, it has unobstructed views of both Downtown and Midtown Manhattan and in an ideally central location. I work a few blocks away from this building, so it would be nice to see this building's progress.

Did I say impressive numbers? 50% sold in 2 weeks, incredible...

$450! You can build a MLB stadium with that money.

Already above grade. After the first few really heigh floors the next 25 floors are going fast I guess. ( with fast I mean a lot faster than the other floors ) But only until the difficult floors come up.
