Hei guys I have a simple but at the same time not so simple question: How many differt plans have this skyscrapers? Waching the 3D model it looks like every floor is different but i'm pretty sure that there is a scheme! Does someone know something more about?

This will be exposed concrete like 432 Park.

Also, I passed yesterday and there were workers on site and the crane was in use. Couldn't exactly tell what they were doing, but it looked like they were removing equipment from the site. But it was hard to tell.

I was wondering how many sq ft this building will encompass, so I went to DOB. This document is dated 2013 Nov 7, with the address listed as 240 Church Street:




Building height is listed as 820 feet, with perimeter wall height as 802 feet. I know there are going to be community spaces in this building, but half as much as the occupied portion?
