That's a great view. You get a straight shot down to see 56 Leonard, 30 Park Place, and 3WTC go up. That triangular lot at the bottom of the photo really needs to be redeveloped.

Once this thing tops out.. This thing will look really impressive looking up at this tower from street level. I think this building will turn out do be a pretty cool gem for NYC.

I don't think it will really skyrocket. But it will speed up firmly until about 150m.

Cement looks as a very high quality kind. It is like in 432 Park Ave. Just that alone makes it different from so many other places.
