Some glass on the balconies. I really can't wait till this thing is completed. One of many masterpieces under construction in NYC right now.

That looks pretty good; maximum glas, minimal steel frame.

I thought the glass looked dangerously low in some of the renderings. Hard to tell from the photo how high it is. Need to see a worker standing next to the glass.

Are they adding some touch-up to the concrete on the edge of the balconies?

I think they're supposed to keep that kind of brutalist look.

So there's not really any cladding to speak of on this tower, is there? It's basically just the beveled concrete edges with full length windows?

Yeah. In situ concrete is a look in itself.

The building is starting to take shape with those balconies and the glass is very clear.

I used to not be fond of the design, but now it's really won me over. The cantlevers are amazing. Only thing left is to see how it looks on the skyline.

I walked by yesterday, counted 30 floors; That's ~370ft/112.8m

30 floors indeed based on this picture. Past the halfway mark. I hope the concrete won't be treated cause it looks more white in the renders. With the concrete staying as is and that clear glass, it would enhance the brutalist philosophy of the building and create an amazing visual effect.

I'd say the proportions of this building (including the thickness of the concrete decks) are too slender to be considered an example of brutalism.

I'd have to disagree with you there. You're right about the thickness of the concrete but the overall aesthetic of the building, especially the bottom and top emulate the characteristics of previous brutalist buildings like this one upstate

Or this one in Quebec (correction made)
