Are there any plans to paint or at least cover the underneath of the concrete balconies? I love the uniqueness of this tower, but from ground level looking up at those bare concrete balconies, even where the cladding is complete, gives the sense that the tower is uncomplete, even where it is.

One of the 5 most interesting structures u/c in the city for sure, along with Calatrava's Path station, Tower Verre, Steinway and The Pyramid. Shop's twin highrises on the east side and Zaha's building on the highline are not far behind.

Not sure if this video's been posted. Seems there's still some height to be added.
