This building looks decent, every stripy, again with the Gardens... they need to think of something else.

Very modern and nice. But more floors would have been nicer.
And as mentioned above, the Gardens part is kinda annoying |

okayish, but not an urban design at all. dissapointing since its being builtt in the central beirut area.

Though, I do not understand how those two plants they have raised on the facade will grow. It seems like they will hardly get any sun

i find these buildings really dull. we are in 2008, and they are coming up with designs that look old. we should be building more buildings with more steel/ glass facades, rather than concrete with abit of glass. if its all about view, make it glass!
these buildings look like the ones being build in Jnah! nothing so special, just different location! |

The second rendering is much better, the first one looks like prisoner clothes,
![]() and i like this building not being high, i just love it's cubic shape, that's modern and not old, and anyway, what's wrong with old? sometimes it can be much better than new designs!!! Does anyone know when this project will be accomplished???
