where is the location and name of this project

Beiruti, where did you get the render from? This building isn't located in Clemeanceau.

It is the Building 1477 located in Minet El Hosn. It is 7 floors high, composed of 12 appartment and a penthouse. The project also features a private garden and a swimming pool. Construction already started and works are expected to be done in mid 2009.

I dont remember anymore where I got it from, but I know that it said the project was located in Clemenceau (isnt that near Minet el Hosn anyway?)

Kind of. But Minet el Hosn is more near Phoenicia, and Clemenceau more near Hamra.

true, this bldg is near phoenicia. it is actually the bldg next to noor gardens, around wadi abou jmil area...
