No “se quemó”, lo quemaron una piara de desadaptados, de esos que abundan en el país, que creen que para protestar deben tirar piedras, quemar llantas e incendiar edificios públicos, aunque destruyan monumentos como el palacio municipal de Chiclayo que en realidad, si digo que es bellísimo, me quedo corto; lo malo de esto es que veo que sigue igual que como estaba cuando anduve por Chiclayo y de eso hace ya buen tiempo.

No es que esté quedando igualito, lo que se ve en la foto es la parte q no se destruyó con el incendio.

Al parecer Chiclayo es la tierra de las obras eternas, igual que la municipalidad se está reconstruyendo el puente Reque (panamericana entrada sur de chiclayo) ya van casi 8 meses y nada de nada
