But now there is a record of this (sizable) project for the archive. I'm kind of surprised that no one opened one up earlier.

I guess in Chicago, 180 m or lower towers are siply overlooked.

According to the Emporis site this will be completed in 2008. Is it finished yet? Can anyone post more pictures?
