looking better than berfore nevertheless. their goverment is doing well i think. especially i like that new city hall tower, it looks like Rugby ball

I think this is more indicative of London's building boom by 2012-13, its not just The City financial district that's building up:

renders made by wjfox

Note, a 4th cluster isnt included that is Croydon


a better idea, if all the buildings were one cluster
