This month the price of ethanol reached a cost U.S. $0.40/liter (R$ 0.80) in my city.
But it is temporary because of the sugar cane harvest.

Who buys 92 these days in Denmark? I always associated that with eastern Europe in the 90's.

I saw a gas station at $2.99 today (€0.567/liter). Most are well below that point, for now.

A chart of Hartford's average price in the last year.

WHAT? Is LPG € 1,60 per liter? Last time I was in Denmark it was like € 1. (which is already 2 times the Dutch price). Why do they implement such high prices for LPG? It's a very clean fuel compared to gasoline and diesel.

Because the government never believed in other fuels than gas and diesel, and gas taxes aren't so incredibly low anyway. And because LPG can only be purchased at 4 gas stations (2 statoil, 1 Shell and 1 BP) out of more than 600 gas stations nationwide

Does anyone on here know where has the cheapest petrol between Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland? I am going on a trip and want to find out what side of border crossings to fill up.

Rep of Ireland and UK are pretty similar at the moment for petrol, Ireland is cheaper for diesel I think. The UK is unusual in that diesel is more expensive than petrol.

The UK varies though, it doesn't have a 'national price' for petrol, remote areas like the Scottish highlands have the highest prices and places like central London are more than average, it all depends on local competition, demand, delivery costs etc. Where I live always seems to have prices £0.02-0.04 per litre cheaper than the published average national price.

Thanks for that, I am off in the morning, will probably not worry about where to fill up then, I looked on aa ireland and they gave a national average of 116c, which is just under £1 at the moment and here it is around 101.9p so now the pound is recovering a little things aren't as prices as I was expecting, still a guinness at over EUR5 is eye wateringly expensive.

Among the lowest gas prices in the U.S.:

Enid, Oklahoma $2.14 a gallon. Also similar prices in Kansas.
