In portugal the "standard" prices are:

Super 95 €1.359
Super 98 €1.499
Diesel €1.104
Diesel+ €1.179
GPL €0.657

prices can vary by 10% or even more depending on the company (some give you as much as a 0,2€ discount per litre)

The cheapest places today are asking:

super 95 €1,199
Diesel €0,948
GPL €0,499

In portugal 62% of the gasoline and 55% of the diesel prices go directly to the state in the form of taxes.

Average here is around $2.91/gallon (or $0.768/l -~ €0.551/l).

Oddly enough, I haven't seen any gas stations above $3 yet, they seem to be staying slightly below it as long as possible.

American and European octane rating are not exactly the same. Maybe there is a difference with Australia as well.

89 in the U.S. is 92 in Europe I believe. Premium in the U.S. is 95 in Europe.

I drive mostly on LPG which today costs 55 Din/L (0.45 Euro) in Serbia, with a full tank (40L) I can drive for about 460km with 18 Euros, pretty affordable.

Hi everybody! How are fuel prices going in Europe in these days?
Here in Italy there's an escalation in price as the Easter festivities are nearing. Is the same thing happening elsewhere?
Gasoline is at 1,42€/l while diesel costs 1,25€/l
