I doubt it. Traffic between Vushtrri and Mitrovica is very low to justify a transit road. The only way I could see a transit road being built is if M25 Prishtine - Mitrovice is widened to 2x2 all the way (32km, of which 8km are almost complete), and they'd do it in one go.

Not for a long time. R7 and R6 are in the priority right now.

Does anyone know when will work continue from Prishtine-Peja since they've stoped working for a long time and how long is the stretch at witch they've stopped work at?

I am not able to answer your question completely. Anyway, this is what I know.

Government of Kosovo recently has published a plan how they tend to spend budget in the 2013 and 2014.

By that plan, for the highway/expressway Prishtina-Mitrovica will be allocated 36 million Euros, and for the highway/expressway Prishtina - Pejë will be allocated 65 million Euros.

For the highway/expressway Prishtina-Mitrovica I don't know if the whole route is planned to be finished with that money, but for sure, it will be finished up to Vushtrri, town 10 km near Mitrovica.

For the highway/expressway Prishtina-Pejë part between Gjurgjicë and Kijevë and part between Klina and Peja will be finished until the end of 2014, while for the remaining less than 15 km between Kijevë and Klina is not said anything.

The old stone bridge on the Rugova Gorge. This road connects several villages with the western town of Peja.

Are there any news about reopening of the border between Kosovo and Montenegro in Rugova Gorge / Cakor pass?

According to the document mentioned above (http://www.kuvendikosoves.org/common...tin%202012.pdf in page 59), is mentioned that 1.500.000 Euros are planned to be invested in 2013 for the highway Peja-Montenegro border (Cakor Pass). So, hopefully, this border will be reopened in 2014...

Its great that Prishtina can connect to Montenegro with an "expressway".

Anyway congratulations to Kosovo they are doing good job in term of highways construction!

But i see most of the highways are going to Albania, but nothing via FYR Macedonia or / and Serbian border is there anything in plan ?

It is a good rule. Helps a lot to be seen timely during the day.
