Yeah, but the shoulders are missing and the exits are not really motorway-like.

when I look at the pics I just remember how dramatically shiny crashbarriers change the view of a road. They look very refreshing and the road looks more expensive when they are shiny, I think they should apply a protective paint so that the barriers can´t fade out.

Radi, did you already set up your own crasbarrier cleaning company (CCC)? You would have lot of work and all crashbarriers would be shiny

No, I didn´t but it would be a great idea to do that, I don´t know if some states would use the service, if they would I would add protective paints over the fresh zink so that it can´t fade out and stay shiny for many years, for the real motorway experience there must be shiny crashbarriers, they give a very unique fresh feeling, the road looks very clean and very expensive with them, the effect is best in winter, when there´s snow and you don´t see the dirt lying on the grass and so on the road with shiny crashbarriers looks even cleaner, sorry to hijack the thread but I can´t help it, some pics of the page before impressed me so I had to post, we can continue the talk in another thread.

Just curious: Since Northern-Kosovo is mostly inhabited by Serbs: Are there any checks between the Serbian and Kosovan border? Or does UNMIK still control the border of Kosovo (as well that one with Serbia). I especially mean the Raska-Leposavic-Mitrovica road.

Currently, KFOR controls the two border points with Serbia that were a scene of some controversy lately (Gate 1 and Gate 31). There is a passport check on both sides. There are also cameras on the Kosovo side which are there to help curb illegal activities. It is not a problem to pass through, however.

Is this road expressway? Is it reserved just for motor vehicles?

It is an expressway, reserved only for motor vehicles. Certain other vehicles can use the helper lanes on the sides.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...stration_codes
As far as I know, Kosovo uses the KS code, but according to the list above, Kosovo should be KOS, and Kyrgyzstan has already KS. What about it?
