I see what you are saying , but majority of those businesses and houses were there before the road was upgraded so you can't say " illegal" accessed by them , you can't just block them and say " hey screw you guys now " . Besides , that's not " Motorway " to have controlled access to the road .

i see direction signs showing Beograd/Beograd and Pejė/Peč instead od Beogradi/Beograd and Pejė/Peć, is that mistake?

I don't have KS car plates, so I need to pay 20€ for 7 days. Too much and too hard to find Car insurance office (BKS) in Mitrovica. After that in first village after Mitrovica - Kqiq you have police patrol just for checking Car insurance paper for foreign cars (in my case, Serbian). So, my opinion - pure robbing

Because they made 2+1 profile, two lanes are for driving, but emergency stop lane is actually for accessing to local places. My opinion, too risky for 80 km/h (signs said that speed) without barrier just like form Pristina to Lipjan.

Maybe, because it is not only mistake that I saw, but maybe it better if any forum member from Kosovo explain these variations. For me, biggest change are new names of places, for example E. Han, at border crossing

Yes, of course! I wrote that, too. However, it doesn't change the feeling when driving there

Peč is a mistake, whereas Beograd/Beograd is not, since in Albanian you are supposed to use the indefinite article when referring to a place in the sense of a destination you're going to (therefore "[pėr nė] Pejė" and "[pėr nė] Beograd" as opposed to "Peja" and "Beogradi". The latter is using the definite article in the name, which is usually used when referring to a destination you're coming from ("nga Peja" or "nga Beogradi"). In Albanian the indefinite/definite article is not a separate word but a part of the name/noun.

Works that started in October 2014 on Prishtina-Skopje motorway, momentary are being carry out in the interchange R6XR7 motorways, access road (2X2) from this interchange toward Prishtina and in 7 km from this interchange toward Skopje, as seen in the Google map below. I can confirm that, so far, the intensity of works is similar to the intensity of works in the R7 motorway (towards Albania).

Also, in bidding process soon will be the fast road Stanofc - Mitrovicė = 16 km; 60 million Euro loan is already contracted with Islamic Bank; - when this section will be completed Prishtina and Mitrovica will be connected with a fast road.
Which motorway or expressway-like roads are currently u/c in Kosovo according to the subsequent rules:

The pre-conditions to be added to the list are, that the future road:
- must feature 2 carriageways with each 2 lanes
- must be grade-separated
- should be access-controlled
It doesn't matter if the future road will feature hard shoulders.
A median is not mandatory but there must be a fixed barrier between the carriageways, for instance guard railing.
If a 2nd carriageway is planned but not yet u/c, the project is added if the other pre-conditions - except barrier - are already fulfilled.
Projects which were under construction but are suspended now, are added too, if the completion is still planned by the countries demand plan.
In addition, roads will be added which will be rededicated to motorway or expressway status of the respective country.
Widening projects are not included.

R6: Prishtina – Hani i Elezit 55km (July 2014 to 2017) – ? – map

Ok, and the rule says it should be limited-accessed but it's not required (sorry, the rule has been modified meanwhile).

This map indicates that M9 Gjergjicė - Gllarevė should be (the only) one!?

Which projects are currently u/c (with construction start, estimated completion data, section length, map,...)?

That are:
M9 (as mentioned above) as expressway
R6 as motorway
Connection of motorway intersection to M2 (Prishtina) as expressway

As mentioned earlier, U/C are Prishtine - Hani i Elezit, Gjergjicė - Gllarevė and Balshaj- Stanofc.

Prishtine - Hani i Elezit (MKD Border) will be a motorway. This motorway, is said, will meet TEM standards. Works have started in October 2014. 42 months by contract to be completed. 60 km long.
Map

Gjergjice - Gllareve, 2 carriageways; each carriageway with two lanes, no intersections in the same level, access is not controlled. Because of nontransparent Government, I can not tell you exact dates of beginning and when is planned to be finish this segment, but by observations in the field, beginning date was June 2014 and finishing date will be late 2015. 10 km long.
Map

Balshaj - Stanovc, 2 carriageways; each carriageway with two lanes, two intersections not in the same level and one or two roundabouts, access is not controlled. For the dates same as above, by observations in the field, beginning date was June 2014 and finishing date will be late 2015. 8 km long.
