130km/h is general speed limit for motorways in RS. However in tunnels it is lowered to 110km/h

you miss something, because motorway is projected same as all other motorways in exYU, meaning with respect to all European and international standards.

BTW here is the map of planed and built motorways in Srpska.

Left motorway Banja Luka - Gradiska (~40km) finished except Mahovljani interchange

Middle motorway Banja Luka - Doboj (~72km), next in plans for building. Project finished, land expropriation finished, funding still not secured, talk with Chinese banks undergoing.

Right motorway Doboj - Odzak (~44km), part of A1 (corridor Vc) trough Republika Srpska is the last priority. No activities on this stretch.

The gas station is right next the motorway.

On the right hand side, houses have direct access to motorway, On the left side road also has acess with inaduquate speed building quality slip road.

By Serbian Highcode, I mean the way they design motorways and signs, This motorway looks exactly the same as motorways in Serbia with the same paint markings on the exits. Does RS follow the same names and colors schemes for regional, national and motorway roads as in Serbia?

Have you travelled throughout exYugoslavia? I have and motorways in different country all look different appart from some signage. For instance, the motorway in Kosove is different to the motorway in RS. Look carefully how the horizontal signage is designed, you will see differences in all countries from exYugoslavia.

here we go again.
What is different? you said motorways all look different.

BTW I have travelled a lot trough ex YU and the scheme is the same, there are minor differences, exmpl. Croats changed to bit narrower font that other use only when too much information, but those are minor differences.

Apparently, November 30th is the opening date for remaining sections of Banja Luka - Gradiska motorway.

are there any plans on building a highway between Banja Luka - Prijedor - Bos Novi?

it seems like a logical thing to do...

The new Banja Luka - Gradiska motorway looks great in foggy, winter-ish conditions....

How this will be possible? I mean, in virtually every country in Europe the prescribed speed limit in tunnels is 100 km/h, somewhere even less.

There is no standard speed limit in European motorway tunnels. They can be 80 km/h in Germany or Switzerland, 90 km/h in France, 100 km/h in the Netherlands or even 130 km/h in Italy.

Where exactly? For instance, at the Trieste Soprelevata speed limit in tunnels is 80 km/h.

Trieste Sopraelevata is not a motorway. It's hardly an expressway.

Motorway until Cattinara (RA13) and the branch to Fernetti\Sezana (RA14), expressway from Cattinara to the harbour (SS202) and the branch to Rabuiese\Koper (NSA326).
And if the speed limit for motorways is 130 kph in Italy, tunnels included, that doesn't mean that the motorway company can't post lower limits for examples in long tunnels, curvy stretches or urban areas with many exits. We have many motorways with 110, 100 or even 90 kph.
But seriously Italy is the only country with no specific limits for tunnels? IMHO 80kph in tunnels is ridiculous, maybe 110 instead of 130 is more reasonable...
And I would never though they have motorways tunnels in Holland.

Actually there are 13. If you think tunnels are only used to cross mountains, think again.
