The 'jekavski' word for victory is pobjede indeed, and the 'ekavski' is pobede. But in this area of BiH, most of all the jekavski version of Serbian is spoken (like in Montenegro), hence the word 'pobjeda' is used correctly here by the builders.

Banja Luka - Prijedor not soon, it is not priority. There is good road between these two towns and for the traffic density on it, it is sufficient and it has been completely reconstructed in 2008.

If you mean road between Prijedor and Banja Luka that road is like 40 years old and it is normal road

And motorway that is going to be constructed will be also normal european motorway 2x2 with hard shoulders.

A real motorway? When? Will it follow the route of the current expressway or not? I suppose it would be too close to Banja Luka and wouldn't really bypass it.

I don´t know exactly when it is still being negotiated between RS government and Austrian Strabag. It will not follow the same route it should by-pass Banja Luka farther west.

There seems to be enough space for a barrier in the middle, so why build a new motorway if you can also do that?

it will not be partial opened, i think they will wait until the whole section is over and that will happen in 2 years i think.
