I love Kiwi music .... most of the songs from Evermore, Pluto and many others that I can't think of right now. Best of all is Opshop and I love the new song from P Money (ft, Vince Harder) - "everything".

You use the tags [ youtube] and [ / youtube] with those funny PSOIJSFIHGSFIG letters that appear in the address bar at the end of the web address - eg. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=RR7eUSFsn28 becomes [ youtube]RR7eUSFsn28[ / youtube] (without the spaces of course).

![]() That's a great one. Sharon was beautiful. Great to see the vid again after all these years! Love the 80s hair. Looks just the Cross when I lived there. |

I'm with you there Kaas. Didn't live in the Cross - I was over on the North Shore, but lived most of my weekends in Darlinghurst, Paddington and the Cross![]() ![]()

POWER POP PUNK
I like the video for that one.Heaps of cool Kiwi stuff. I know I'm a bit slow on the uptake here coz I've only just discovered the Mint Chicks. They seem like fun guys! They sound so much like the dumb shit I listened to when I was ten. Initially didnt bother with them coz I cant stand that "Come On Girl Come Around' song but everything else Ive heard from them is way-cool. Last edited by Milan Luka; May 10th, 2009 at 05:51 AM. |

Evermore's new album is interesting..... quite different from their last couple of albums. It has some good songs, still warming to others though.

And possibly at the other end of the spectrum from Evermore here's the Skeptics. 80s. Dont think anyone has heard of them. Interesting arrangement, Im fascinated by songs that change tune as they go.
Slightly disturbing and menacing. Last edited by Milan Luka; May 17th, 2009 at 10:32 AM. |
