I love Portland even though I've never been. It looks like such a nice city. I just applied to PSU and I hope to move out there this winter. I've been looking at places and they are all nice and not too expensive. What drew me to the city was their smart urban planning and good public transportation...oh and the weather! I wish there was a more active Portland section on SSC.

I LOVE Portland. Driving South on I-5 and approaching the city with the hills in the background will never get old.

I have also looked in to PSU, would love to go there for grad school myself.

Thanks for posting. I wish Portland was more involved here instead of SSP.
