O terreno ao lado é que pertence à SIC e vai servir para construir a nova sede do grupo impresa.
Quanto a este projecto, duvido muito que as obras recomecem nos próximos tempos devido à crise.

Opah, os arquitectos portugueses que comecem a abrir os olhos, é que desta forma a coisa não evolui... mais do mesmo...a falta de personalidade nos edifícios é uma coisa impressionante...

Era para ser o Arquivo Central do BES. Mas parece que já não é para eles. Tanto mais que a obra está parada. Só chegaram a escavar o buraco.

O BES tem 2 edificios em Carnaxide (um antigo que era da Ericsson e o arquivo antigo) e as instalações mais recentes são no Tagus Park.
