Hey guys I think we should concentrate on updating a little bit this project. Do you have any other pictures with the job site construction , who is developing this project , status of the buildings … etc

What is the status in percentage in accomplishing of the glass towers you are speaking about ?

j'ai visité le site ce matin et g parler avec kelkes responsables effectivemet y'aura 4 tours de 24 etages voir meme plusieurs tours dans le future ils veulent faire de hay riad center un grand quartier de business
si je passe la prochaine fois devant ce site je prendrai des photos paske moi d'habitude je prend pas de photos lol

ca avance enorment ce truc et il y a meme des gens qui y ont deja habite, un jour j'ai vu des vetement tendu sur les fillets de certain balcon...

Bon alors, j'avais du temps libre cet aprem, donc j'aai fait de la chasse aux grues a travers Rabat. le concept? tres simple: des que je vois une grue bah je me dirige vers labas pour prendre des photos. conclusion: Rabat va devenir un truc de OUF dans quelque années!
Alors le premier chantier (car c'est mon petit chouchou a moi!), c'est riad al andalous!
Deja je vais donner l'etat d'avancement du projet:



Rouge: partie complete c'est la ou se trouve le show room, les bureaux de vente etc... parcontre je ne sais pas si c'est deja habité..

Bleu: alors c'est quasiment terminé de ce coté si, c'est un degradé du point A vers le point B, coté A c'est quasiment fini il ne reste qu'aux occupants, de venir s'installer. alors que plus on s'approche vers B plus il reste du taf a faire, les moins avancés manque de peinture et de finitions(portesd fenetres etc) mais tout ce qui est beton est fini..

Vert: la c'est plein traveaux, une partie est arrivé au 5eme etage, un autre au 2eme... ya encore du boulot quoi...

Magenta: la, les grues sont en place et les traveaux ont demarrés(j'imagine qu'ils font le parking sous terrain et les fondations...)

jaune: ca c'est la partie villa, une villa est terminé et il y en a plusieurs autres en chantier, appartement tout les terrains on ete vendus de ce coté...


Ca c'est concernant l'avancement, maintenant place aux PHOTOS!!
