Reggie Bush looked good in this game. I don't have any hard feelings against Reggie for leaving the Saints. He is a solid player when he is healthy. I was shocked Miami ditched both Rickey and Ronnie though.

i wasnt surprised, they're dolphin legends but they're prime years are over and they're both retiring in 2 or 3 years.

I think that Carolina will not play football this year. They need to get a team first.

Saints D needs some serious work. Basics like tackling would be a good place to start. Some silly play calling too, but the offense is looking good overall.

Defensive play is going to be sloppy for the a few weeks. For every team, just about. Don't sweat it too much.

It'll be their division to take without Manning.

Jaguars and Titans got NOTHING.

I'm not sure the Colts would've won today even with Peyton. That run defense was as porous as a screen door in a submarine.

Not the best season opener for the NFC South Division, with all 4 teams suffering a loss!!

Why were we supposed to believe the Bucs were going to good ? They're not even the best team in the state.

Apart from the Houston win, what a dismal day for the South. Dallas had multiple opportunities to put the Jets away but seems that Romo can always be counted on to self-destruct.

At least we dominate in college football.

Romo deserves absolutely most of the blame for that loss. Excellent game, though.

Hey how about Cam breaking records? 422 passing 3 total TD's his first game! Besides two MAJOR blown coverages we win! After last season I now know there can be such a thing as acceptable losses in the NFL.

I was watching the Tampa-Detroit game on Sunday and the announcer said there were only 55,000 people at the game. WOW i know Tampa is known for having some of the worst attendance records in every sport but...jeeees 55,000 on opening day of football! that's sad. And in other news my dolphins got spanked last night by the pats, well not spanked but we got beat by two touchdowns and lost at home. but although it seems like we might of played horrible i think a lot of it might have been masked by the fact that we were playing new England whoes number #1 team,QB,offense in the league so i did see a lot of improvement in chad henne and im glad....and another thing, everyone went crazy when cam newton threw 400 yards Sunday, and everyone went nuts when tom Brady through 517 yards Monday...but once again typical Miami gets over looked and no one even mentions that Henne threw for 416 yards last night! And that's pretty much all i have to say. Houston be prepared because you may have beat Indianapolis pretty good but Miamis not going down without a fight, i mean we held up against the pats pretty well and for a while soooo...ill see you Texas people next week. your going down!!! MIAMI DOLPHINS #1

well you're right about Henne, he should've been mind blowing and his performance may have won any of the other 15 games this week. But he got Bradied, and Cam, well he had some much hate piled on him and it's his first game and all...but yes, if henne keeps it up dolphins are gonna have a real shot...which i would not say about my panthers.
