No snow here, only rain and lighting. I guess that's what happens when you live 15 ft above sea level. Great pictures though. I heard it was snowing all over the Bay Area, even at San Francisco.

Fancy that, it must remind you of Zagraab. The world is having climate change, and here in Adelaide, South Australia we had 43c six days in a row.

I just saw in the news that there was a big pile up on Highway 101 yesterday, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Oh my effing ef, that is not snow, that is rain with ice shunks in it!!! Okay, maybe it is borderline snow, that is erm, cool for San Francisco, I guess. We have gotten twice that amount in July before!!! If you aren't used to driving in it, is can be a nuisance. The first snow of the winter-season is always hard to drive in.

At times when Mt. Tam or Mt. Diabalo get a coating of snow on top, would you ever expect to see any in the city's highest elevations (but ones that are half the height of the peaks mentined above)...I'm thinking of Twin Peaks, Mt. Davidson, Mt. Sutro ???????

I wouldn't expect snow at SF's tallest peaks even if there was snow in Mt. Diablo.
By the way, does anybody remember when it stopped raining in the Bay Area last year? It seems like it has been raining longer than usual. |
